Yes. Each active technician profile requires its own N$200 subscription, and supervisors can manage multiple profiles within one company dashboard.

What happens if a client doesn’t pay?

Datalani’s support team mediates disputes, and our terms require clients to pay before technicians mark a job as complete. We record the outcome to protect your rating.

Do you supply tools or transport?

No. Handyman connects verified service providers with customers—just like other marketplace platforms. Each provider manages their own tools, materials, transport, and logistics.
